how to bring more YOU into your brand

Sure, you hear a lot of talk about clients wanting to work with people they connect with… but how do you actually do that? Here are five ways for you to dive in and play with being more you.

1. When creating an event, program or service ask yourself, is this
something that I would want to be a part of? If you’re not having fun & enjoying yourself, it’s time to reevaluate.

2. Ask three people you love and trust what they love most about you & your personality. Are you using these strengths in your business?

3. Take time to dream! If you could create anything you want, what would that be? Think BIG and be BOLD! No limits. {Once you’ve thought of it, how can you bring it to life? Or at least pieces of it?}

4. Take risks. Experiment. Be daring. It’s easy to stay safe and do things you’ve seen work for other people, but that’s not always the way that will feel most natural to you. Trust your gut and try something different that feels truly exciting.

5. Stop faking it. It’s easy to just share the good stuff, but the true
stuff is so much more valuable for people. Be vulnerable and be human.

Which one speaks the most to you? And what action are you going to take because of it? Dish in the comments below.

    Ellie, I just wanted to say that I LOVE what you do and everything you stand for. I’m sorry I had to miss the event you had last week since in Japan time it was around 3-4 am! And I know my brain does not function at that hour. Maybe next time I need to really commit to getting up at that hour. I’ll think of it as a overseas business trip. I look forward to your work (play)!
